Well, better late than never, right guys?
The Second Objective is an award winning thriller about German spies during the second world war. The first objective is for the Germans to take over some American bridges dress as Americans so that the Germans can re-take France. There is a hidden second objective, which only the German commanders know about--to kill the top American general. In the course of this, there is much blood-shed and fighting and that sort of thing. Of course, an American counter-spy is the hero who defeats the psychopathic German master agent.
I would recommend this book to anyone who like World War 2 and action and whatnot. Personally, I found a lot of the action in the book difficult to visualize and was slightly bored by the fighting.
